Recipes for COLESLAW WITH ITALLIAN DRESSING
Ingredients:
1 green cabbage
1 small garlic clove
6 tbsp of oliveoil
2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Remove any bad outer leaves of cabbage
Remove core of cabbage
Shred the cabbage fine and place in serving dish
Crush garlic clove
Add garlic and all other ingredients into jar with lid
Shake well
Pour over the salad and serve
