3 tbsp butter/margarine
1 small onion quartered and sliced
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups broth drained from beef stew meat
1 tsp prepared mustard
salt and pepper as desired
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 pints beef stew meat
Directions:
Sautee onion in butter on skillet until golden
Stir in flour until blended
Cook on medium
Stir in broth until thick and smooth
Add mustard and salt and pepper as desired
Stir in sour cream
Add beef and simmer (do not boil)
