Ingredients for Texas Grilled Game Hens:
1 - 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup cup of vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
4 - 1 pound cornish game hens, halved
Directions for Texas Grilled Game Hens:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl except game hens
Brush tomato mixture over game hens
Grill over medium hot 45-50 minutes or until fork tender
Brush on tomato mixture frequently
