Ingredients:
1 - 5oz can of crab meat
1 - 9" pastry shell
1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup of shallots
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 cup of halved almonds
Directions:
Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pastry shell
Flake crab meat
Add crab meat and shallots into pastry
Mix all ingredients except almonds
Pour onto the preperation
Garnish with halved almonds
Bake immediately @ 350F for 45 minutes
