Recipes for BLACK FOREST SCHNITZEL

INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless pork chops
2 beaten eggs
all purpose flour
breadcrumbs
Stuffing:
1/3 lbs of cooked ham chopped fine
2 oz of ground pork chopped fine
2 slices of bacon chopped fine
2 dill pickles chopped fine
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp of hot mustard
Salt, pepper and worchestshire sauce to taste



DIRECTIONS:

Add these ingredients together and mix well
Pound the schnizels until they become thin
Salt and pepper them to taste
Place stuffing on one side of schnitzel
Fold over and pound edges together to hold
Dip schnitzel in flour egg then breadcrumbs
Fry in oil on medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until golden



Guranteed this will be some of the best schnitzel you'll ever try!!!
